Yesterday Brooke got her first Happy Meal. When we got home and I put her at the table and I instantly run upstairs for my camera and took this shot with her meal and toy. After I did that I thought to myself that this might be why America is so fat. It was my instant reaction to catch the event of her first happy meal like learning to walk or potty training. Is this really a childhood milestone? I didn't want to miss the moment but should I be so proud? I had to laugh at myself. After a few bites Brooke pushed it away and asked me for some green beans, I guess we are doing ok after all! Man I love this kid.
