Brooke has wanted two things for a long time...
Bangs & Pierced Ears
Preschool is starting soon and she wanted those two thing before preschool starts.
I was fine with the pierced ears but I did not think bands were a good idea. I wasn't sold on needed to arrange them every time we put her hearing aid on. But it was her hair so I gave in.
Here are the new bangs
This morning we took her to get her ears pierced, I thought I would have my kids wait longer because its painful but Brooke is really tough. She hasn't cried for a shot since she was 2 so I knew she could handle this. We talked about it hurting and watched a few videos of little girls getting it done in YouTube. She was still excited so we headed to the mall.
She took her bear Teddy, pick our blue earrings (that is her favorite color), and held Daddy's hand.
There were no tears just a happy girl with her sucker.
Wow they grow up fast!

she looks so grown up! Do you have to do a lot to keep her ears disinfected? I love the bangs too!
Melissa, I have to put solution on them 3 times a day for 6 weeks!!! Its a long time!
Very pretty! Brooke is brave to get her ears peirced at 4, Natalie wont hear of it :(
