Finally its summer

We had a really slow start to summer here in northern Idaho. 

Its just rained and rained until two weeks ago. 

Then it just got hot! 

It made me miss SE Idaho......I can't do hot....it makes me cranky! :)

Brooke started swim lessons last week (pictures to come) and has found her new love in life.

Nick.

He is one of her teachers and it's all she can talk about.

 There is another teacher, a girl, and Brooke wants nothing to do with her. If she has to go with her she will sneak back to Nick. 

If Nick says it.....it's a great idea. Jump in the water....ok Nick...Put my face in the water?....Ok Nick......it goes on and on!

Grandma Jones: "Brooke what do you like best about swim lessons? Brooke: "Nick"

Brooke: "Mom, where is Nick?" "Mom I am going to do a bob for Nick tomorrow" "Mom, I can kick my legs just like Nick said." "Mom when can I go see Nick?"

It's so cute!

She is in the youngest swim class and after one week she can float on her back, jump in the pool (into Nick arms....of coarse), use a kick board, bob underwater alone, and blow bubbles.

We have another week of lessons and then I don't know what life will come to with out Nick!
