My 27th birthday is coming up in a few weeks. This had me reflecting on my life last night.

I am right were I though I would be at this age and nowhere near where I thought I would be.

I know in life we all have things we struggle with and feeling like I have enough is one of mine.
I don't know where it comes from but there is something about my generation that feels like only having the basics in life is "poor".

Its true that we do not have tons of money. Our bank account is a bit sad at times. I am not sure where our life will be after grad school. I want to be able to give my girls the most in life. I can't help but feel like money is connected to that. Some days it gets me down.

So today I wanted to share all the things that make me rich. There are many, somtimes I just have to stop and see them.

1. I have love. My husband, my girls, our families. We have lots of love. 
2. We have a roof over our head. No we don't own a home yet and it might but a long time before we do but we have a very nice place to call home.
3. We have full bellies and food in our cupboards.
4. We have clothes on our backs. 
5. My girls are not going without. There are always toys, and clothes, and money for music class, swim lessons, and gymnastics. 
6. Have you seen my girls!! I am so rich in that department.
7. Bryan is getting a good education that will help get a good job later. And it makes him happy.
8. Friends....oh how I miss my friends from Rexburg but the love we have shared together is not gone. (great..... now here come the tears)
9. We have laughter. Bryan always has us all laughing.
10. I have a hobby business that is successful. What a compliment that people actually pay me for what I make in my kitchen. 
11. I have faith in God and our Savior. And his love rains supreme. 

So even on days like today where I was feeling like we are never going to get there I have to remember that we are already there. What else could I want than what is in the list above? I am so thankful for the blessings our father in heaven has given us!
