Hearing Test

Brooke had some a hearing test done last week. She did a really good job!

She had to wear head phone and listen for tones. She would hold a block on her cheek and drop in in the bucket when she heard sound. 

The results were nothing we didnt know but its good to check. 

Her left ear with the microtia is hearing at 65 decibles, which is boarder line deaf. 

Her right side tested normal.

When they tested her left side through bone conduction, which is like her wearing her hearing aide, she tested above normal.

Then we met with her new ENT (ear, nose, and throat) docor and he was wonderful. He talked to me about all the issues and was so sweet to Brooke.
After looking in Brooke's ears and mouth he asked Brooke..."Can I look up your nose?" She said "Yes.......there are buggers up there." He was so sweet and just told her "Yeah but not too many"

Here is the test. The squares are her left (bad) ear, the circles are her right (good) ear, and the brackets are her left ear with a hearing aid.
