A month of so ago we were at a farm supply store when we spotted some baby duck for sale. It didn't take long before we had two at the cash register. I thought it would be so fun for Brooke to have ducks for a while and then we could let them go at our local duck pond.

These ducks which Brooke named 1 and 2 were such a hit. We had a really good time with them until I got tired of cleaning up their poop and they got to big for the box we kept them in. So after three weeks we had to let them go.

It was harder to let them go them iIthought it would be but they have been checked on and are doing good in their new home.
Bath time on thier first day at our house.
We took the ducks to the park on a walk with the Johnstons and it was so funny watching those girls. They wanted to catch those ducks SO bad. They ran around laughing having a ball. The ducks just ran for thier lives!

I think it would be kinda fun to raise ducks. We saw some mischievous geese at the store the other day that were super cute, but they get so big!
